why is it Japan is so far ahead in some respects yes so far behind in others? like why do they still light a candle at the stock exchange?

Never heard of that, but yeah the Down is 1Gbps and the up is running at between 12-24Mbps and its dirt cheap as well, if you live in a condo its normally inclusive with your monthly rental of the place or when you buy it well its basically free.

Believe it or not its been available for sometime.., its even been used in tracks..I remember the George Michael track Freeeeeeekkk the opening sound was the crrrrr pprrr bbbrrrr crazy.
