Why don't you just wait a little longer. I think you'll regret switching to Nokia if used to a SE. W810i gets good critics, the looks are OK, much more neutral than W800i, and the joystickproblem seems solved.
About the options; if K700i is still good enough for you and you hardly use cam and mp3, why even bother upgrade and start calling cheap (yeah I'm Dutch).
But if I had the choice right now I'd go for SE W810i. Even the K790/800 series tempted me, but it has just a 3.2 MP cam, wich is still not nearly as good as my 5.2 MP 10x optical zoom digicam. Therefore my upgrade wishes are just being able to use my phone as a 'real' Walkman (anyone interested in a working 1990 version?), so I really won't need some Ipod or whatever.
I think a walkman phone with plenty memory can replace an mp3-player, but it still can't replace a good digicam for a while, and probably will never.

I guess the only 'evident' feature upgrade from the K700i to the K750i is it's camera: VGA to 2.0 MP ! I manage to have a Nokia N70 (for less than a week), I sold it at once as I was very disappointed with it's 2.0 MP camera . . . might as well get the Samsung D600 if I were you. If you have other options, the Samsung V3x is a nice 2.0 MP camfone too mate . . . Just keep your options 'widely OPEN . . . and don't rush things, specially if you are to replace what you will be getting - NOW . . say, after 3-4 years !

The reason ive still got the K700 is because ive been waiting months and months for SE to bring out something i want and its just not happened.
The k750 looks nice but the joy stick is dodgy and no real improvement from what ive got, w800 is dam ugly and again not much difference, w810 has got rid of the joy stick but apart from that nothing really stands out for me.
So looks like im gonna give the dark side a go, if it doesnt work out i can always change back to a k750 and sit and wait again
