Phones very rarely sell on Ebay if you put a highish starting price. I always start mine at £14.99 with a buy it now.
People like to bid on these things and they tend to go mad at the end if you are lucky.

iwill agree with that and also only sending recorded sign for only gives you £32 cover when it should RMSD gives you cover of £500

You are right, your BIN will disappear on the first bid. Some people deliberately bid just to get rid of it.
I sold my phone last night. Was on for less than 24 hours. I had a BIN with an immediate payment by Paypal. This stops scammers bidding. I also paid for RMSD but put it in the price. That attracts buyers.
You need to decide a realistic price though. Ask too much and you have no chance. The Nigerian scammers queue up to bid on an auction phone, they have nothing to lose.
Good luck. If you want, look ay my auction for the SPV M2000.

Yes the BIN will go but having the £14.99 start puts off a lot of the prats so it usually stays for a while and gives proper ebayers a chance to use the BIN.
Sometimes you just get lucky and someone will bite before the first bid is put on

Unfortunately not Doug, there are plenty of scammers out there that use Paypal, if you send the phone to a unconfirmed address and they do a chargeback you don't have a leg to stand on and Paypal will just grab the cash back.

hi miss uk,
you are right but have to take all precautions. It will stop the Nigerian scammers. That works for me and I have sold lots on there. And the quickest in 10 minutes!
Good luck though.
