I've updated the list.
@lamont, no it is not binding, however I do only want serious people to ask to be on the list.
Additionally, I can 'send' an unlimited number (to each person on the list) as long as the items are paid for.
I will be in Qatar (usually the cheapest for mobiles) for around 3-4 days and the UAE for 1 week. So time is short.
