Really that is amazing too bad i have never been charged for going overdrawn got charged £20 on two occasions for paying my credit card bill the day it was due, because they did not send me a statement, so i did not realise untill the last minute GRR!

The link on that site goes to a forum where all the letter templates are. Makes it a lot easier.
My mate has just done has Abbey acccount and now he is doing the Nationwide. He's literally laughing all the way to the bank :rrazz:
