surely they will offer you a replacement tho wont they.... will have to be new.... it wasnt your fault teh one given to you was faulty

ooo they got some more refurbs, when I rang them they said that cant just exchange it cause its a differnt store, my options were to send it in for repair which means it will probally need a new main board and keyboard which cud take like 2 weeks + or I get a refund then buy another one...
