Regarding CID numbers, NOT ALL K750's or W800's ARE CID36. Some are CID49. CID49 K750 phones cannot use FAR.

This is important, since many people with cid49 may keep trying fruitlessly when they haven't got a hope.

dude, you are spreading a lot of misinformation (I'm sure you don't mean to). Another thing, W800 does not allow flash animations. The link you provided simply links to the pimp your menu thread at se-nse - the themes available there for download use gifs not flash.

I suggest people wanting to learn about FAR read the thread originally created for it first - since all the info is there and people have already asked the same questions peeps on this thread are asking over again.

Far Manager Thread

Then you can come here for jleosza's handy links.

Yes, apparently someone is trying desperately to raise his number of posts. Like I already mentioned on the previous page, NOT all K750's are CID 36. Mine is 49.
A simple way to find out the CID of your phone is using the "Test Cable / Read CID" function of the davinci flasher.

you have to READ. Read all about FAR manager and how it works and get that knowledge in your head. Once you understand what you are doing with FAR, the rest makes more sense.

Then, once you can connect your phone using far and have that worked out, come back to the first page of this thread and follow jleosza's link to the walkman skins. If you read that thread, you will know how to do it. Probably if you just learn how to use FAR, it will become obvious.

Visit FAR MANAGER thread >> http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=123260&start=15

and download Da Vinci Clint to check your phone CID.

Also read first 2/3 pages said thread for your knowledge.

Hi

Can I use the far manager on w810i? What is the CID of w810i? I can't see the CID to choose for w810i. Only k750 and w800...

Can anyone explain me that please?

thanks...
