So those K800 just died?
In the case of W550/W600/W900, they can still power on but are stuck with a white screen . . . But at least they the power turns on.

ARRGGHHH....i do not believe it....My second K800 has died!!! Battery died went to put it on charge. Nothing. Changed battery and charger left on charge overnight. Nothing. Connected to computer via USB. Nothing.
Not even the red LED.
Any ideas anyone....can't face another day off work to swap a phoner out. This will be my third SE day off this year!!!

Ok... Now found that on my replacement K800i that the Video Call camera doesnt work. In the video call it doesnt show a picture. If I try the Vdieo Call camera under service settings it does nothing.
thats now two K800i's that dont work properly. I have never had a problem with an
phone and now two of the same model have been faulty.
I will take it back to CPW tomorrow and see what they will do.
