All purchases from MobiMate go through Handango. Just write MobiMate and tell them the problem. Trust me. They will fix it. I know the owners and they will come through.

while I agree that mobimate are better than handango (at least mobimate respond to emails!) I am having quite an issue myself.

I emailed them 10 days ago asking which version of worldmate I should use for the K800 as K800 wasnt listed on the worldmate pages (I already use worldmate pro on my windows mobile devices and have been happy with their service).

They confirmed my suspicion that the S700 was the version required for K800 screen compatibility so I duly paid my money and received the email with the download link.

clicking the link showed me the details of what I was about to download but unfortunately clicking download just gave a message saying "invalid application".

I got back to mobimate who then sent me worldmate as an attachment so I transferred that to the phone only to find next day that it gave a startup message saying that I only had 1 day left to use it.

back to mobimate who then cc'd me on an email to handango asking them to send me the application again and handango sent me an identical text message with the same url to download which again then failed with "invalid application".

back to mobimate again and they replied referring to my previous comment about the attached version they sent me and asking what made me think it was time limited to 1 day.

So now I have sent them the following image and am waiting for a reply on that. So I guess I'm not totally impressed although they are responding within 24 hours each time but 10 days and 6 emails and I still don't have a working version of the software I paid for...

The one day I did try the K800 version of worldmate it did look good and I'm sure they'll come through... eventually

Hey Mas, do you want me to send you the right version. I got it from Ariel himself at Mobimate. PM your email and I will send it to you. Cheers.

no thanks, I prefer to do it the official way. mobimate will come through... eventually

also, it is not neccessary to always fully quote the post you are replying to, especially if it the one immediately before your reply

True about the quotes.

I was referring to the software and not the regcode. Your code should work but the software would be the proper file you need. I got that same "invalid application" from Handango which lead me to contact Mobimate.

as I mentioned eaflier, handango said in their receipt to me that no key was required as it was the full version they were supplying, so getting a version from anywhere is not acceptable to me as I prefer to get the full version from the correct source.

the offer is appreciated though

here is a part of that email that says this

note again, as mentioned earlier, this is the S700 version that I bought which mobimate advised me is the version to buy for K800

I have the same version as well for the S700. The screen size is the same. One thing about Handango. They are terrible for service. You can not call them, you can write but are lucky if they respond. Good luck dude. If you do not hear from them in a week, contact Mobimate and they will fix it.

yeah, I've had problems with handango before and have never once received a reply to any email.

fortunately, again as mentioned in my original post of this thread, I am currently going through email exchanges with mobimate, not handango, and so I feel confident they will come through with what I need

guys thanks for the world clock link. Can any one tell me, how to activate Light in K800i. Is it possible to turn on the flash light like in K608i which I previously had.

Here you go. This is the 3D World Clock you were referring to:

This is the W810 version that I use for my K800i. The W800 version is exactly the same.
