the k610 is a brilliant phone but it is no match for k800i , the k800i is a new generation phone it has so much more than the k610i

@jack77777
There's no need to call anyone 'retarted'

The K610 just a nice, stylish and small phone with nice technology as well. It's just a mix and match between technology and fashion. It's certainly not better than the K800 specs wise, but it just puts it in a so much nice package.

I got rid of my K800i in favour of a K610i and haven't looked back. For me, the trade-off of the better camera for a much more compact handset was well worth it. The K800i's bulk, hump-back and awful lens-cover did my head in. The k610i's camera is still passable for casual daytime snaps, and if I'm going somewhere where I know I want to take quality pics, I take my proper digital camera, which crucially has an optical zoom.

IMO, the Cybershot camera is the only advantage the K800i has over the K610i. Aside from that, they have the same functionality and battery life. I'm sure there are others who - like me - feel that the sacrifice of camera quality for a smaller, lighter, one-piece handset is hardly "retarded".

Plus, and I know this is probably daft, I really like the return of the little status light on top of the K600i. It reminds me of my old Ericsson handsets.

Indeed, k610 feels good at usage except the side keys. How do u like the joypad?
