Keep the w900i because its going to be the last music phone sony ericsson make with a decent camera the new phones have poor cameras and the other reason is MSDuo oh and hard wear chip of 30fps vdo recording

I personally don't like swivel design but in this case I'd pick the w900 because of its features, large memory, 30fps video recording, better music player, and its uniqueness overall. The K800 isn't much of an improvement IMO even compared to K750.
It all really depends on you.

tricky one, if the w900 was black then w900 defo! Ive got one in black but thinking of getting the k800 as a second phone. Only problem i see is, within a few months everyone will have the k800, everyone! Dont see many ppl with the w900 in white, never seen anyone with it in black.
Id keep the w900, sell the k800 while its price is high. If you decide to sell it a month down the line you'll get alot less.
