I have the R4A002 firmware and this is my third m600i so far (two with touch screens which just stopped working bit by bit) On this new phone which i had to buy while i wait for the other one to be repaired i found it to be more buggy than any of my other two phones .
i was about to throw it in the lake when i decided to start fresh. I did 2 master resets in a row and then i did the update service once and then another master reset and then another update service. and then i restored only my contacts and none of my other settings. So far this phone has only hung one or two times and seems to be the best one i have had so far.
SE should still be ashamed of themselves for releasing this phone in the market with such unstable software!
And beware the dying touch screens! both times for me it happend in the morning, phone is plugged in charging all night. I pick up the phone to check my email and the screen response seems strange. Restart the phone ( battery out) and then it gets worse with the bottom right of the screen selecting the "more " button all the time but the rest of the screen still works. then by 1 hour later the screen stops responding all together. I didnt drop the phone or do anything strange to it
