it doesnt matter that that k800 is an imaging phone, this doesn't justify that it has a great camera but poor video quality.
i sincerely hope that SE will get a hold of the situation and provide better video recording in the following firmware updates.

Hi all,
sorry to say this but even the P990i can not do what you want as the 3D graphics chip in that is the light version. So no amount of tweaking the software is going to achieve this. This was why such a big deal has been made of the N93 as it is the only smartphone that can record in 640x480 30fps.
