> P990 Orange Release Date ?
Bookmark topic
Anyone thinking of joining orange should think again in my opinion. I used to praise orange for their coverage and service but since they started offering the broadband offer the customer services may as well not exist. Over the past 3 weeks I have spent over 8 hours, yes - 8 HOURS! on hold waiting for help with my faulty phone. OK, they've finally sorted it and credited £20 to my account for the trouble but i'm getting out of my contract asap.
As for the crappy branding, I've had a p900, p910 and htc tytn poisoned with their software. They never release firmware updates either. Admittedly I don't know what other sp's are like but i'm now willing to try.

They have the dummy P990s on display in my local Orange shop. I didn't check as to whether this meant they have the real thing as I've PAC'd my contract off to the £10/300min/300txt/month on Virgin until the N95 comes out.
Orange must the worst of all the networks now (and I've had a contract with them for 10 years, from when they used to be the best)

Just spoken to some one at orange as i had noticed on the orange website that the P990i's status had changed to out of stock !!!
Was told that new customers should be able to get this phone in a few days and it shud be avaliable on upgrade in a week or so time. Was a lil pissed off that i couldnt get one rite now !!!!!
