they have to by LAW give you a months notice unless its overtime you said youd do or your on a rota or you get paid to be on call?

Yeah i know it's overtime, and i never agreed to it. Wednesday is my only full day off this week where i have no uni or work, it is MY day!
I ain't doing it they will have to get some other mug or close the place. I am a member of the union, lol.
So they even try to scare me into it by saying i will get a disciplinary they can bloody well bugger off.
