@bagli - Not that Early I am sure . . . perhaps on the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2007 . . .
I got these units on the said dates:
K700 - July 2004
K750 - September 2005
K800 - September 2006
But, when I got those I WAS about 1-2 months LATE
from the initial market release at my end.

Thanks..Could yo tell me the diffs of K800 vs W800 (apart fro the cam)

@bagli - The W800 is more on SOUND (W=Walkman) . . . the external card included in the package is - 512 MB (standard) . . . while the K800 has only - 64 MB (expandable), the W800 is smaller in size, color white and orange. It's NOT a 3G fone, unlike that of the K800 which . . . is.

Is the difference in sound really noticiable?...Ive read in some threads that the sound is the same
