@einst
you are indeed lucky:) since you have 2 phones now, can you test the video call and share the feedback ?
btw, anybody got a good deal on this phone in US?
One dealer offered this for $100 if i signup for family-plan for 2 years with T-mobile. I am not sure if this is the best. Also, I can't transfer my current numbers. I get 2 new numbers.

funny you say that... this is the 2nd one I got
They sent me a replacement as the first was very buggy, rebooting etc
but never collected the first one, so I have 2 at the moment
and no, it's not for sale....... just in case...
although if I still have it in about 11 months... it most certainly is !

Not sure but think the law states that if the old unit not picked up after 30 days or more the unit is yours.

Just look at his terms and conditions first. No warranty on a brand new phone? No returns? And his feedback! Pretty rude in his feedback replies.Wouldn't touch with yours, let alone mine....

Saw them myself on Orange for £210, as on lookout for one. The fact it was on Orange put me off to be honest with all that horrible branding

Yea, but i have bought countless SE phones in the past & my service center have always honoured th warranty, its with SE, not the retailer or seller.

I thought if he was a dealer on ebay, rather than just a casual seller, the warranty starts with him. If I bought a phone from The Link and it went wrong, I would start there, not with SE itself. Sounds like passing the buck!
