First I've deleted all Contacts from SIM card (saved them first by copying to brand new K610i) and left Contacts in the phone and Voice control (lost "Speed Contacts" after that action) - unfortunately, same bs continues to happen!?
Then, I've erased Voice control entries and realized that I was god dam stupid because instead of erasing Voice control for the contacts I've actually deleted those contacts!
But problem was still present!
At the end I've made backup of Contacts and deleted all of them! After restoring - everything functions as it should be from the very beginning!
