Um, I'm from Canada, so pardon me when I ask someone to explain, what on EARTH is a Tariff?
I thought it was just another word for TAX or Cellular plan but in others' posts it doesnt make sense so I must have its definition wrong.

Im not bothered tbh bout the free calls 100 does me and I get free treats allowing me 25mins to other networks
I just want MMS enabled
