I say we all just need to learn how to appreciate jokes and be more tolerant even if we chance upon bad jokes. Esato's fine the way it is. Sure, a couple more mods wouldn't hurt, but I don't think there's a dire need to have them.

But the main reason is really that it wouldn't hurt to have more than one moderator for this relatively large forum. Eg. Se-nse has many more moderators than Esato, even though it is smaller.
Having one or two more moderators can guarantee that there will be at least one moderator on at all times to monitor the forums. I don't see any reason not to; it's not like we're asking for a whole new team of ten

Those in Europe/UK, would be sleeping now, and if Masseur was still in London, he wouldnt be awake to moderate the forum....
I think it would be a good idea to choose some one from other parts of the world, eg Australia, where people are wide awake, to moderate in place of the mods who are sleeping overseas and cannot be online to carry out there mod duties....

Hmm... In that case, I have to agree that it's a good idea to have a couple more mods to ease the workload as well as to have someone monitoring the forums all day.

I can't be held responsible for how individual people think,i do admit i underestimated the affect this would have but i really did think that nearlly everyone would see that as a Joke as it was so clearly obvious.That joke was never intended as "News",although i admit my role is associated with bringing news and people do trust my word,but most esato members clearly know that the majority of News is posted in the Official News Section and linked to the forum,only smaller less important bits of news is posted directly in the forums,something as big a
announcement always gets maximum exposure in both the News Section and the
discussion forum.
I personally don't think or believe that one fake press release which was a joke, and which everyone knows about now will affect esato as a reliable source of news in anyway.

This reminds me several situations trying to "improve" Esato. IMHO Esato is unique as it is, more tech than chat, quite serious (not reaching a nerd state
