I am sorry. This is not to insult you or anything but understanding your posts is quite hard. They invented capital letters and full stop for a reason
It seems you are using expressions like "record quality" (which simply does not make any sense), and that the phones charging somehow is affected by the fact the phone is looking for signal.
You maybe right that the battery (if that is what you are saying) isn't completely charged 100% when the phone is on but the difference is below 1% for sure and besides lithium batteries SHOULD NOT be stored at full charge since it will cause the battery to age quicker.
Ideally a Lithium battery should be stored with a 40% charge when the phone is off and in a cold place.

Don't discharge you battery. It will ruin it. Lithium batteries should be charged "early" on and quite often.
Why won't anyone at least read the guidelines for these batteries we ALL use or even just trust what SE writes in their manuals ---------->

@trentors hej! A decent place for me is esato amd my experiences. All i noticed in the many years i use mobile, that the batts last longer if i charge them in off mode. Next to it its faster, but thats just a bonus ;-)

When i was charging the battery that came with my p900/10i,1260mAh,i was charging it left,right and centre,charging it when it was half empty and leaving the charger in overnight.The battery never lasted.So i bought a brand new 1260 mAh battery and i would only charge it until it reached 100% then took the charger out.The battery is working perfect now and last up to four/five days with me using it.That`s what`ll continue to do.
