I just want great firmware. Currently I am happy with were SE is going as long as they do not flood the market with too many phones like Nokia, that do not really differentiate itself from each other.

Well it's not looking like that with some of the new phones: the W610, W770, W880, K770 and the K550, all seem relatively the same. All got 2 megapixel cameras and all but the W880 have 176x220 screens.

Give me a p990i's design but with the p910's longer screen, 5mp camera with optical zoom, Hsdpa, Wifi, improved video recorder/player (not that the current one is bad but...), file lock, walkman player and a few surprises. I know this is an all in one device and won't be cheap but for this I'd be willing to pay.

I would like an an SE phone with a top quality camera, an FM radio and a calendar that accepts recurring appointments in addition to the usual stuff. And I would like this in a pretty small and girly package. Quite fancied the K800i but it is just too chucky and butch.
SE need to think of us girls because all their attractive phones have very basic specs.

Okay keep walkman series as a nice gimmick to those who want to believe they have a walkman in their mobile....but please, just give us god damn phones with all the specs we want.
In the end...why the hell should we pay £300 for a cybershot phone that doesent have the best mp3 player available..its just nonsense!
High end phones should be HIGH END...end of.

In the phones: Bigger screens, bitrate recognition, all camera at minimum 2mp with autofocus :I

They are doing AMAZINGLY WELL with their phones.
I only had one joystick phone a T68i never cleaned the joystick or anything it worked fine (but i recently got a Z550i).
They just need a 6.5mp camera phone at least so they can keep up to Nokias 5mp phone.
