My 950i arrived at SEunlock today for debranding and flashing, along with my K800i for rebranding.
In the meantime I'm using my Blackberry Pearl, so can't wait for the SE phones to be returned.

Seunlock guys are real gentlemen. Everything was accomplished superfast and superclear. New firmware rocks..not 100% stable though..

yeah, phone is 1000% better in performance, especially with Swiss Manager Pro and Twaek Peaks running....however i too noticed that the phone is not 100% stable...
for example, i sent a 3gp video to my phone last night, it played fine, but when i went to stop it, the phone crashed, and rebooted to improve performance, then after loading up again, it did exactly the same thing, without even opening anything...ive got around 17meg free Ram at any given point...
when is the next firmware due?

R5A01 is out, it just is only a trade version at the moment. It should be developed for Generic use reasonably soon. So taht takes us to R9F.
Gonna run out of letters soon lol.

another thing i have noticed is that i no longer have the ability to browse my pictures that are not taken by the camera itself, i.e not in the camera/picture folder....without opening the flip and going into control panel / file manager....
now i only have access to the picture gallery...
im sure i could do that before....or am i wrong?
