I ordered the £150 laptop yesterday. Payment has been taken but now when I log in, the order is showing but the item has been changed. It says I ordered MICROSOFT OFFICE HOME AND STUDENT.
I have a printed copy of the order summary which clearly shows I ordered a Laptop! Not impressed. Tried phoneing them and they tell me all their systems are down so they can't help. Great

Thats exactly how it was listed on the site. It was the laptop with Microsoft Office Home and Student edition 2007. Not the full version.
I have the same form as you.

I forgot to add.
My friends dad, he received the confirmation email showing how much he was charged and what for.
I'll get more details in a couple of hours.

Right, I think I did the extreme here, i ordered 11 of the £129 laptops, As of yet no money has come out of my account, I cannot view my order status and have had no email comfirming my order.
I have got a print out of my order summery though, which says a100 laptop + the microsoft shit and a total of £1419.00
all I can say is if I don't get my laptops they are going to get allot of shit from me

My friends dad ordered for yesterday and has since been charged.
Because he couldn't track his order online he rang up with his original order number and they told him the order tracking system had been taken down due to a pricing error and the cheeky buggers gave him a new order number and told him he had ordered 4 x MS Office.
I don't know whether he is pursuing it or not as that was not what he ordered on the site. But if the company is aware that there was a pricing error but still went ahead and charged people before alerting the customers then they are quite obviously in the wrong.
