When I post text thru my T68i wap browser which is containing chars [:] then I can't see them in my post in wap browser on T68i, but in normal web browser I can see whole post :-[ So I tried various wap gateways but I didn't find any suitable.

For square smiley with wavy smile you've to write eg. in your SMS left square bracket [ then colon : and right square bracket ]

Characters like square brackets u can enter to T9 dictionary by editing of incoming email on your T68 ;-)
