my w850i is awsome not one problem the music even sounds better then my mp3 player as far as the camera goes i don't know what every one's on about my pictures turn out fine and photoshop fixes the one's that don't then again do people have every phone thats out there ordo they just read a thread and decide that it must be crap.

Well after 2 K800i's dying on me I have given the W850 a go. Very good handset, superb music player, similar in features to the K800 anyway less the good camera. Not fussed about the camera as I have a good digital camera, just nice to have the camera on the phone for picture messages and sometimes emailing pictures, or if I need to get a picture of something quick it's there. To be fair I don't find picture quality bad at all unless it's for more close up shots then focus is an issue. All in all very pleased with it and very reliable.

when i use a w800i beside, w800i beats it in a very hig percentage
i wanted to buy w800i but i did not want a phone with a joystick as it causes alot of prob

W900i... is huge. It's too big for my likings. As for W850i, the D-pad is just not convenient to use although I'm sure you will get used to it after a while. There's the cracking issue as well. Still, in terms of ergonomics, the W810 is the clear winner here.
I guess the choice boils down to what you want. W850 has the TrackID service, Walkman 2.0, A2DP, 3G UMTS and better screen/display. The W810/800 has much superior camera (AF/Flash/Macro), better keypad and better value (if this is a factor for you).
The W810i is very customisable as well if that means anything to you. After replacing the acoustic part of the phone with a custom-made one, I can safely say that my W810 sounds as good as my iPod now. There's the supermode driver for the camera as well, just browse around in the Software category section of this forum.

is it me or does the sound quality of the w850i really suck i mean for a walkman phone my k750i sounded alot better ! , my w850i just sounds washed out and way too much bass.
