so you have entered 4 times a wrong code (network), once(network subset), none of the others.

Well I have never entered lock codes before.

So I have a question...is there a way to "reverse SIM unlock lock" the phone? In other words, if it's already unlocked, can I enter the wrong code for the network five times, to make sure that it has to be cable relocked?

if you try and unlock a phone which is unlocked allready you should get a message saying that the network lock is inactive. there is a different procedure to reactivating the network lock

That's not what I was asking. I meant if you attempted to "relock" it with an incorrect code and did it 5 times, would this guarantee that you couldn't relock the phone except by cable?
