I bought a BLOC sunglasses some time ago. IT comes with a pouch which is also a Microfibre cloth. I use that to protect my phone, and keep it clean.

I've always used a glasses cleaning cloth on mine, and at the moment, my w810 lives on top of an ipod nano silicone case, and my oakley sunglasses bag, made of the microfibre material.
My phone is spoilt

Sometimes I remove dust from my mobile phone with an air pressure: I have a special rubber equipment used in medicine that has to be squeezed. I don't know how it is called, it looks like a huge drop.

Never saw one (have opened boxes of t600, k700, j210, w810). I use the glasses-type of cloth which suits fine. An occasionaly a throw-away glass cleaning cloth or the papercloth used to clean computer screens.
Usually I put the phone in a simple black golla-pouch.
Using air pressure proved to be a bad idea with my k700, the dust crawled furthr awy in the phone and got stuck under the upper screen leaving no other option than clicking the phone open - which holds considerable risk of scratching.

I still have the one that came with a site - unused in the packet. They should be re-intrduced, especially with phones like the the K810i and phones with big screens.
