@voda_jon, not sure what department you work in (retail, customer services etc) but in retail stores we can only view non-corporate accounts. Also I believe that when you view an account it is logged, but just not in memo's on the account unless you do something. I know a few people in head office in different area's that have seen a few reports which can be run that no one knows about. I haven't seen them personally but they are a trusted source

The highest bill I've seen (I've never had a bill above about £60 personally ) is around £3800 for a consumer customer, this was because he was on a 250mb datacard price plan for £25 but actually used a 2GB

My most expensive phone bill ever was Php9,500 or GBP100 or EUR148.56 or USD196.20.

Not much by European or US standards but it's a lot here in Manila.

Back in the day as a photographer, i covered a 4 week event and i think i did get questioned why my bill was around the £3K mark....luckily it was a company phone...

But then i was sending pictures back to the office, calling the office and receiving calls and called FG1...a few times.

That was back in 1999 or 2000...

@sainty... they only log activity on the account not who/wen/were accessed the account unless u do somethin on the account... i've seen the reports myself lol...

As soon as u change somethin or activate somethin tha requires a save then its logged but for generally looking onto an account and not changing anything its not logged trust me! lol...
