K750 seems like the best choice. but if you can live without a camera lens cover, the W810 should be perfect.
Things W810 offers you compared to k750: It is very comfortable to use, better build quality (IMO), has a better screen, brightness sensor to "save battery life" and make the screen look better under different lighting scenarios, flash menus, no joystick (this could be a disadvantage for some), and really sexy looks.
But in the end it's best if you go test them all and decide for yourself.

I would buy the K750i. It is a proven, solid model. There are plenty of them sold, which means there are tons of opinions and spare parts available. Good allaround phone, that has plenty of life left in it. Plus currently it is a great value.
