I agree, I have had p800, p900, p910, p990i and p1i and the P990i is a heap of shit, with so many bugs and errors, if they had taken half the software from the k800i and implemented it in the p990 it would have been amazing.
They also needed to have the Alpha keypad on the flip and the numeric on the body.
Don't even get me started on the p1i, what the f**k yeah its warrants a full on a F word, the keypad should have just been a numeric one maybe a pop out that can swap for the alpha.
Again what the f**k is up with them 3 way rocker things ?
I now own a p990 and k800i and I have to say the k800 is alot more highly polished and nicer to use, the p1i I sold, I think the p990i will be the last P series i'll own, and I think the p1i will likely be either the last of the penultimate p series unless they take the K series software, beef it up into the P type functionity and take the iPhone head on.
I am seriously thinking of swapping this 990 for a 910i my friend has brand new.

i gave my 910 to my gf and used the blutooth on the phone to connect to my computer for internet browsing. believe it or not, its faster browsing going through another computer then my p990 is straight on wifi.
anyways... SE is way behind i think on hardware. just look at their new X1... its already outdated. i am thining of getting the new HYTC when it comes out.
even last years model completly blows aways SE pseries. and new X series.
oh well... live and learn... if im going to spend mor ethen 300 on a phone.. it better darn well be worth it...

i am a p1i user and had all p series phones and i would say the p910 is the best phone, if i could upgrade the ram, add wifi and make it so the mem card was a bigger size i would defo take a p910 anyday, i lovemy p1i but the keypad is horrid would rather use on screen, camera doesnt bother me, the little hole for the hand strap stupid place should be at the bottom, and the jog dial sucks eggs,
