@sahak

It is a 50/50 joint venture.

Sony and Ericsson pooled resources to create a whole new company and any profits from are divided equally.

i'm sorry for my missunderstanding. u r rite BobaFett

Ericsson, which had been on the forefront of cellular phone innovation
for decades,[citation needed] decided to divest(ABANDON\TAKE OFF) its
mobile phone business in 2001 following huge losses.

SONY not buy ERICSSON but their phones department merge (in a rude word
we call = buy) Ericsson "mobile department".

don't be angry, i'm using SE's too (K510i,K750i) k800=3MP is enough
to me but i hope next model will be as small as k510i.

For who want to have a better MP's phone, welcome to malaysia and
ask for XCUTE-DV2. the 6MP camcoder phone. allready sell in 2005
(taiwan product). hehehe

Malaysian ringgit RM1698 (below 500 USD) by 2 years ago. must be
cheaper now.
You can choose VGA (640*480) or QVGA (320*240) size and also Frame
per second (15fps, 24fps and 30fps). come with 256mb mini-sd.

A friend of mine had a DV2 18 months ago.....cost him £120....

6mp camera, yes, but cheap build quality(makes N95 seem luxury), lack of Bluetooth, slow/awkward UI......wasn't good....

.....friend got jealous of my W800, and replaced DV2.......with W900....

Hasn't looked back!
