All the phone ive bought from HK have worked perfectly in Australia, and have been the same as aus stock except for charger... warranty is only downside though.... but take care of your phone and it should be fine, im sure we can fix software problems ourselves

They are cheap imports, they are not UK spec but however eXpansys is telling you that they are UK spec.
If I wanted to buy a cheap phone I would buy one when I'm abroad but I did'nt buy a german handset it was a UK spec handset I purchased and it is not that.
They have admitted sourcing handsets on the cheap from around Europe, they seem to think they are saving you money. How can this be though when even high street shops in the UK are more competitively priced. For example like I mentioned above.
eXpansys's attitude is to flash the CDA using a third party. This however invalidates the Sony Ericsson warranty! I told them Sony Ericsson would also tell them this.
eXpanasys's attitude now is silence hence why I'm making everybody aware on esato so everybody knows what they are buying and what to expect if they choose to purchase from there but I certainly won't be again. I've already bought another handset, a Sony Ericsson K810i sim free from The Carphone Warehouse which is proper UK spec and I'm happy with it obviously, plus it's a very good phone.
I mentioned this at The Carphone Warehouse, they think it's false advertising what eXpansys is doing after viewing their web page, the same as everyone who I have mentioned this to.
