i had e-recharged my ***tel phone(k700i) for Mobile office. HERE ARE THE LISTS OF BLUNDERS:-
1. First of all the settings aren't delivered eventhough i requested them through sms . It only shows the message '12 request failed'. I dont know what on eath this means..
2. Secondly the customer care doesnot pick up my phone instead says me to send an sms of 130 characters for diagnosis to 121. IS ANYONE ELSE also facing same problems.
3. Finally the previous settings of MO which have been accidentally deleted provided me the download speed of '""""710" bytes per second. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Is this the way biggies like ***tel deal with their customers.
What should I do now?????
