Bogus Madeleine Websites.

Unscrupulous businesses are cashing in on the interest in the internet campaign to find Madeleine McCann by attempting to trick the millions of visitors with bogus websites.
By yesterday afternoon the Find Madeleine website, findmadeleine.com, had received more than 75 million hits in its first 48 hours, making it one of the most popular destinations on the internet. It gives details of the search for Madeleine since she was abducted from an Algarve holiday apartment 16 days ago.
However, more than 20 websites with similar names have been created in the past three days to promote businesses including chat rooms, estate agents and dating sites.

i totaly agree with jc. it is tragic but all this money could be used in other areas for cancer resarch etc?

sorry if anyone thinks i am being harsh but i dont see how this amount of money will help in this case.

just read about the sighting in the papaer and i do hope she is found

i feel sorry for them and stuff... but its stupid how they get millions spent on this case and lots of media attention and other families who have lost their child get bugger all. its unfair and i disagree with this whole thing.

While I don't agree money needs to be thrown at them, the only way to bring the child back is to keep the story in the headlines the world over, it will either let the girl be seen and be given back to her family or it will drive the captors and maddy underground, arousing even more suspicion amongst peers.

I feel the net is closing in.

also the german dude and mr Murats alibi is shocking and is clearly fallible. They had something to do with it, but as previously stated I'm no detective or Police officer but these are my opinions that I happen believe to be fairly true...

The acusations regarding our police not doing everything they can make me laugh...the family of a portuguese kid that was kidnapped some years ago (banished, never appeared again) is tottaly astonished/outraged of how different things are happening now, and how little was made then...its sad but its true

Also, the fact that even with all these public attention the girl is not found, makes me think about how screwed are people in other cases with less resources used

neither,

customer A wanted a child, blonde hair etc etc... Madeline was the child they "wanted" that's where she has gone, I'm like 100% certain of it.
