On a more adventurous note. How about opening the T68i.
Then unsoldering the memory chip and replacing it with a larger capacity one.

Bugone, if you held a soldering iron on those contacts for longer than a couple of seconds you would trash the phone, you more than likely know that, but it`s worth pointing out i think. by the way, i would like to take this oportunity to thank you for your MSI install guide, it worked for me, i would have given up for sure if it was`nt for that post.

There may be a software limit on the maximum memory the phone can use on the inbuilt chip, general storage space begin and end memory addresses..... i havn't looked at schematics but my guess is that the os is on the same chip......????? I am open to corrections on this!!!!!!!

It would have to be a good match for the board otherwise the t68 housing would have to be butchered..... i still like the external add on, no waranty voiding going on!
