Never found one myself.

Though i would probably hand it in whatever the situation, mainly because i remember losing my phone a few years back. Was a Siemens MT50 and i had been on my bike, must of fallen out of my hoodie pocket, did'nt realise till i was home. Few hours later got a call and it was the local police station, someone had handed it in So i'd like to think i'd do the same.

Good point Scottt, a view from the 'other' side, having lost a phone.

Think I should ask that too - has anyone lost a phone - and did you get it back again, like Scottt?

when i was in an unlocking shop near me to get my old k700i unlocked, a bloke walked in with a 6230 (it was in a bad state eg cracked lcd, battered casing and i think it just about turned on! ) and wanted it unlocked. by the looks and sound of it, it looked like he had just found it

the shop couldn't unlock my k700i without doing it via testpoint, so i went to another shop up the road and they did it via cable. i bet they could of done the 6230 if it wasnt blocked!

found 4 phones in my life, returned 3 to their rightful owners
the other one nobody claimed and I tried to hand it in to the shop but they said they didn't want responsibility.

(kept it but it was faulty since it would switch off now and then).
It was the Nokia Kit Kat phone.

Gave it to a friend who needed it.

oh I lost mine because it fell out of my pocket as the bus was climbing up the hill. I never got mine back either, but thank god I was using my old Samsung Cell Phone (so old I don't even know the model number) as my Z610i was charging HAHA

I found a Japanese NttDoCoMo phone before on the bus. Wanted to use it, but I couldn't change the language, didn't have the charger, no company who made it, AND it didn't have a SIM card slot. I returned it to the Lost and Found in the end.
