i'll advise for the K750 as well. Despite the joystick problem and the ancient UI, it's still a sturdy and well-balanced all-rounder. Besides, i think the K550's D-pad is not that easy to use, it's small and hard to handle (though i'm sure you get used to it).
BTW, K750 was not a Cybershot phone, despite the "K"... The first Cybershot was the K800.

Here are the specs (according to Eldar's review on mobile-review)
K750i : 28x36 mm
Z550i : 30x38 mm
K550i : 31x40 mm
So there you have it!
The K550i's screen is a full 3 mm wider and 4 mm longer than the K750i's..

k750 obviously scores in the camera department when it comes to taking indoor shots...
K750 features walkman quality music with Mega Bass. this fone inspired the Walkman series we see today... as well as the Cybershot series...
but in other departments... k550 wins hands down... better UI, faster interface... more features... (eg... taking contacts backup on mem stick) EDGE, multitasking in java, higher video resolution playback... better camera features... better display, better design and body... no joystick... k750s body is cracky and no better than a chinese plastic toy!!! highly unreliable...
