Well, according to apple they're five years ahead, so just check out iPhone. just kidding.. or am I? Well, iPhone has FOUR CPU's (the fastest one is reportedly at 800 MHz!!) and a GoForce 6100.
There will without doubt be CPU's at gigahertz for cellphones within a few years. everything we have now, will be enhanced.
