w810i is one of the best phones ever made. (no doubt about that). its have awesome camera and sound (Megabass).
(take a look how many
who have autofocus ! )

Having made the same decision on Sunday I chose the K550i. Having both in my hand made the decision for me. The k550i is much more sleek and sexy than the w810i IMO. Also the blue keypad lights swung it for me as they just look damn cool.
