I've got a k810i as well as a N 95 both are brilliant phones but for different reasons. I'm an se man but really love my N 95 at min whats all the fuss charge it every night and all's good

No but standy times in ALL devices are affected by the Network upon which they are on.

yes, thats clear. was more interested if the branding itself ( what usually ruins the fones ) could effect the stnadby time
