i got my P1i.
iSync phone plugin is working flawlessly. I am still having a hard time with the "hybrid QWERTY' keyboard. so far, i feel good and i have an SE phone again on my hands, loving it.

Its only been 2 days since i had my P1i and N95 for over 4 months. I can compare the two (which actually, i dont want, since the two phones cater to different market and requirement) at any rate here are some initial comparisson:
FEEL:
N95 - plastic, wobbly
P1i - solid, sturdy
PERFORMANCE:
N95 - fast and stable
P1i - fast even when transition is enabled, but N95 is obvioulsy faster.
CAMERA:
N95 - takes about 5sec for the camera to open, easier to use
P1i - opens immediately, i am still learning those icons, settings etc
IMAGES:
N95 - great images, indoor and outdoor.
P1i - firmware update perhaps, i find it too noisy/grainy
BATTERY:
N95 - i am not a heavy user, battery life is fine
P1i - i still can't comment since i am still exploring the phone
IMO, there's no point comparing what N95 has to offer in terms of features like A-GPS, 5mpx, etc. Depends on one's requirements, both phone will live up to its promise. I know, p990i failed me but i can say i made a the right choice and got myself a new P1i.
And lastly, I will keep my N95.
