Well mates I can see that some hav started posting on sicknesses, however it was still a suggestion.
Well thanks to all those who sided with me and supported my idea.
@ jcwhi.uk, I heard your concern about people giving wrong advice and making the person worse. I can say that when ever you get information concerning your health it is always best to research before acting.
@Nokiamaniax I have also heard the issue of Chocolates, but I can assure you in that every food is ppoisnous if not taken in correct quantities or if taken in exessiveness to be specific.
@Sir Sony Ericson man the results of that accident you had when playing hockey might be haunting you now. My grandfather once had a car accident, got treated well but now his health is unstable.

Of all things the first to be mentioned is homeopothy. Started a less than a month ago mostly for asthma so far so good but it's supposed to take a while as I've had asthma for quite a long time now.
@Sir somyericsson man You say you stand alot, so how are your shoes? And a better matress probably wouldn't hurt either.

Hmm i have Nike Airshoes and we also have a type off floor that should be helping at work..
