e_burlid >> well, I'm not Swedish hehe,..but I can answer one of the questions :

yes, mms requires a mms-center,..just like a sms-center.

Not a lot of operators are ready for mms yet.

hello everybody!please help me if you can!

Do yo know what is the difference between T68 and T68i?
If I upgrade T68 with a new software is it going to be the same as T68i?
I heard that T68i has a bigger memory and has screen saver and html browser and several new features but I can't find anything about it in any website. Do you have any information about T68i?
It wouldn't be very nice from SonyEricsson that they release a new phone (T68) and after 2 months they release the same phone with better features. I hope this is not true.

A Bit Faster Menus and T9? Really?

Sorry, but with every sw upgrade I hear the same. If it was true, at this moment my phone should be faster that any Nokia.

Don't get me wrong. Thanks for your comments, but I must say we are a little subjectives about our amazing T68.

Regards

I'm currently staying here in the Philippines, and I bought a T68 here. Just a question, if i'll go back to the US, will I be able to upgrade my phone to any Ericsson service centers without any other charges? Does it have any international warranty which I bought from Semicon here in the Philippines? Thanks.

Can someone enumerate the detailed comparison of the R1B and the R2B software? My phone has currently an R1B firmware and I'm planning to upgrade it to R2B. Hope someone could give me an idea with those two s/w. Thanks.

--Nelsongs:

The upgrade from R1B to R2B is:

*New Games
*Icons in Last made Calls to diference Mobile, Home, work etc.
*Better GPRS support
*Faster Menus and T9
*New Animations
*Better Sound Quality.
*Better Mic sensibilty

I think Ericsson USA is not upgrading T68's firmwares yet. You should contact them first.

The T68i is the same phone that the actual T68, it will just have Factoy installed the MMS Software. And maybe a different Cover that says SonnyEriccson and T68i instead of Ericsson T68. The Hardware is the same (memory, Procesor, display, buttons.etc)

A marketing to ploy to differentiate between the two? But why do it if the current T68 is capable of using MMS with just an upgrade
