Just to let you know the W580i is not 130 as stated in the advert in CPW, it is actually 150, and 10 pounds on top of that for the sim card and credit, meaning a grand total of 160. The phone is sim free and completely unbranded, comes with a 512 card and the usual accessories. I still think its a bargin.... so i brought one!!!!!!!

Was that from CPW? I was after one of those been looking for a cheap unlocked one to no avail now my mates giving me a 6280 for nothing next week

S500 looks cooler, but the W580i has got extra features.
i don't need the shake function, but radio and pedometer would be nice, not that i would use them much, but we need to improve the world, so more features in our phones will help technology advance.

Yeah, it'll be unlocked and unbranded; that's the big positive about buying 'PAYG' from CPW.
Not all their phones are unlocked though, eg. '3' network handsets, a few oddities etc, but most are.
Just check with them to verify 100% before buying, but I'm sure you'll be presented with pretty much a sim-free 'PAYG W580i handset.

looks like the S500/W580 will be a new hype, replacing sales of the W850i and maby passing those sales.
This also means sales of the T650i will be abit lower then SE expects
