W800, since it has an active lense cover (for turning camera on without unlocking the phone keypad).
However it has an older style walkman interface. If you want the better walkman interface, possibly the W610 would be a better option (I think it has the later walkman UI?)

yes youre right...but i have a w700i white edition...I am thinking it's the same...right?

yes youre right...but i have a w700i white edition...I am thinking it's the same...right?
w700 doesn't have auto-focus

Its basiclly the same phone. But the W610i is slimmer and has a newer walkmanplayer. No diff on the camera. The w610i also supports the new M2 memory card which now has reach 4 GB..
