Maybe we've gotten too suspiciuos, due to all those scammers, but imo this looks alot like a slightly different version of "Nigerian" scam.
We've had emails yesterday (immediately deleted them), from people, supposedly living in Spain and London, wanting to buy our Samsung, so they're not always using Nigeria now.

edit: We've posted the same time , I see, it was a scammer indeed, good thing you didn't post the phone._________________

Only send to confirmed addresses! I sold a shaver for £165 and sent it to an unconfirmed address in london. The money cleared i withdrew it to my bank account spent it Then TWO months later got a chargeback on my paypal account, paypal took the £165 out of my account which left me -£165. Because i sent it to an unconfirmed address i had no protection and have to pay it back! they have bailiffs on me! not good! NEVER send anything to an unconfirmed address and ALWAYS send everything via recorded delivery and keep all proof of purchase!

Ive had the same thing happen again, someone from spain has bought an item with no feedback and an unconfirmed address he wont get in contact with me despite numerous emails, the money has cleared but i will not send it until he confirms his address!

there seems to be alot of credit card scamming going on at the moment on ebay!

@ Adz21, had exactly the same thing happen to me, had account suspended despite me offering to return money only if item was proved faulty, then buyer dropped case, ebay activated my account then asked for charges, replied with an email typed in the biggest font i could fit saying "F@@K off".

by the way, despite paypals warnings of bailiffs from what i can gather it will never happen, usually just scare tactics, never have a bank account attatched to your paypal.
