Thats some bad researching, but you can know use any sim card as long as you know what you doing. Its not your normal walk in the park to unlock but it is very possible.

I think myself and Dogmann are up for a challenge (thats if he wins this sale), I am awaiting mine and some tools to get chipping away so to speak.

ahhh ok...was just a quick search i di..and could only find a tool to unlock the phones ipod features .etc. .etc....So do you have any idea what would be needed to unlock it and use the phone features?

as far as I know, you need a special sim card (a blank one) and you basically flash it. (You can get them online or any mobile tech store.)
