IM selling a new P990i for $270 us dollars and so far no calls,I play with it for a while and so far this phone is horrible,very slow and big,anyways this phone was 700 dollars 1 year ago!!!

SE is bad in pricing; nearly every SE goes down half in price after about 8/9months after release.
when ever you compare this to a Samsung they have a mroe steady price/market

. Who would have guesed that. I still remember people like 'Ares' making lenghty arguments about how superior the p990i is next to the n95. Huh - how times have changed.

In the Netherlands, the N95 costs now 250,- euros less, than when it came on the market, due to its new 8GB version, which makes the original model an "old" phone in the eyes of people who only want the newest models.
That's the way it is, all phones drop in price, when they're a few months on the market, which is good for people like my husband and I, we always wait a while, and buy the phone then a lot cheaper

@clip - For EARLY buyers . . . no DOUBT it's a NIGHTmare . . . but for late bloomers like ME . . . it's WONDERFUL !
Lesson learned: Don't BUY
fones on it's INITIAL release . . . lets some months pass by .. . then BUY !

I only paid $70 for my P990.
It came with my telco's retention package. Not bad, considering that some people here even paid $850 many years ago.

@marly - I guess it will NOT only APPLY with the P990i
. . . but with ALMOST all of
NEW released camfones . . . looks at the ISSUES facing the
K850i now
