if i'm not mistakened, the k850i has both xenon flash and led,so there might be an option to choose between one the two, that way you can overcome the overexposure problem...

A xenon flash is a tube filled with xenon gas and no filiment, the length of the tube is closely related to the flash brightness. The longer the tube the more power is needed to fire the flash, this power can only be obtained with a capacitor which release's several thousand volts in a microsecond to bridge the gap in the tube.
The closest you'll get to a constant light with a xenon tube would be a strobe light, which, if your phone was capable of fireing the flash at speeds equivilant to that of a strobe your battery would flatten extremely quickly.

@ shaliron

Actually $herry is right, his (or her?) car does have Xenon headlamps, while not widespread, the adoption of Xenon High Intensity Discharge headlights can be found on high end automotive applications, such as BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar.

You learn something new everyday. Thanks

I think I've noticed some of them on the road though. I personally find them extremely annoying - the bright white light is too bright compared to the more yellow halogen lights.
